Step 1

Create your account

  • Go to Sign up at the top of this page.
  • Enter your name, email, and a password.
  • You receive 100 free credits instantly on registration.
  • 1 credit = 1 job search run. You can buy more at any time.

Step 2

Upload and revamp your CV

  • Go to the CV page from the navigation.
  • Upload your CV in PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPG, or PNG format (max 10 MB).
  • Our AI reads and reformats it into a clean, ATS-ready version — costs 1 credit.
  • Once done, download your revamped CV or generate a cover letter directly from the page.
  • Tip: you can also upload your CV from the Search page and it will redirect back after revamping.

Step 3

Set your country of residence

  • Go to Settings and select your country from the dropdown.
  • This is used to filter job results — Nigerian users see only remote and Nigeria-based roles.
  • On-site jobs in other countries are automatically hidden from your results and applications.

Step 4

Run your first job search

  • Go to Search from the navigation.
  • Enter your keywords (e.g. "GIS Analyst, Python Developer"). Click Suggest from CV to auto-fill from your revamped CV.
  • Optionally enter a location (e.g. "Lagos" or "Remote").
  • Pick your job boards — International (Remotive, Arbeitnow, The Muse) and/or Nigerian Companies.
  • Add custom career page URLs, or click Load Admin URLs to pull in the latest curated list.
  • Click Start Search. Results appear live as we scrape each board (usually 1–3 minutes).

Step 5

Let the applications go out

  • After each search, JobsDxT automatically tries to find a contact email for every matching job.
  • For each job with an email found, it generates a unique AI subject line and cover letter tailored to that role.
  • Up to 5 emails per day are sent on your behalf. FROM address is our system; your email is the Reply-To, so employers reply directly to you.
  • Jobs with no email found are marked Skipped.

Step 6

Track and follow up

  • Go to Applications to see every application — Sent, Pending, Skipped, or Failed.
  • Click Preview on any sent application to see the exact email and cover letter sent.
  • For Skipped applications (no email found), click Add Email. We include a Google search link for the company HR email. Once you paste the address, it queues and sends automatically.
  • Employers reply directly to your inbox — track responses there as normal.
